Delete Your Account
App: Brain and Bounce Kids (Android, package com.brainandbounce.kids)
Company/Owner: CodeXOps Technologies Private Limited
1. Delete your account in the app
This is the fastest way. It removes the parent account and every explorer profile (child) on it.
- Open the Brain & Bounce Kids app and sign in.
- Open the Parent Zone and complete the parental gate.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type your account email to confirm, and confirm the deletion.
To delete only one child and keep the parent account: open the Parent Zone, tap that child to open their full report, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Explorer Profile, then confirm.
2. Can't use the app? Ask us by email
Write to hello@brainandbounce.com from the email address on the account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 30 days. To delete only one child's data and keep the parent account, say so in your email. Please use the in-app option above if you can.
3. If you have a subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play, because Google bills you, not us. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, so you are not charged again. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. What happens to your data
| Data | What we do | When |
|---|---|---|
| Email address, password and Google sign-in link | Removed from the account and replaced with an anonymous placeholder; you are signed out everywhere | Immediately |
| Explorer (child) profiles | Deactivated: they no longer appear in the app or on leaderboards | Immediately |
| Learning activity, rewards, avatar and progress, support and contact messages, email-report history | Permanently erased | About 7 days after deletion (a short delay lets us catch a mistaken deletion; email us to have it done sooner) |
| Payment, subscription and billing records | Kept, with no learning data, because tax and accounting law requires it | Up to 8 years |
| A minimal security record that an account was deleted (date and the email it belonged to) | Kept to prevent abuse and meet legal obligations | As long as needed |
| Database backups | May hold deleted data until they expire | A limited period |
