About the role
You'll support the Publisher Partnerships Manager with the operational side of our publisher relationships — onboarding new partners, tracking performance, and resolving day-to-day issues.
What you'll do
- Onboard new publisher partners and keep integration documentation current
- Monitor partnership performance and flag issues early
- Coordinate with support and product teams on partner-reported issues
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years in ad operations, publisher support, or a similar coordination role
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple partner threads at once
